First post, mainly just letting y'all know if you were looking for me you found the right place.

Met today with the minister of the UU church I've been going to for [clears throat] years. We had a lovely conversation about spirituality, daily life, and social justice. Oh, and to discuss me finally becoming a bona fide member instead of being a chronic guest.

Gotta pick up my kid from daycare now. Take care.

hah, same -- all the friends with kids is a little strange... until i remember that *i* suddenly have a 23-year-old stepdaughter? (which is not much of a parenting adventure -- she doesn't need any -- but wheeee life!)
